Network wine tastings are a great way for guests to mix and mingle with the wine providing common ground. They are ideal for medium or large groups, for entertaining clients after a conference or for a pre-dinner reception.

The walkabout format encourages colleagues and clients to circulate while participating in the wine tasting at whatever level they wish. As well as entertaining existing clients it is a good platform for meeting new contacts or renewing contact with past clients.

Each event is tailored to the occasion taking into account your objectives, time available, number of guests, the venue and catering.

If a simple reception-style tasting is required we can keep things short and sweet with a glass of fizz to receive guests followed by a tasting of 2-3 wines.  This also provides the chance to thank guests for coming and get your company message across.

For a longer networking event we will also set up tastings stations for guests to visit and taste wine at their leisure. Each station can be themed with wine challenges and fun activities. Guests are invited to take part in the challenges while sipping wine. ThirtyFifty’s team of wine experts will be on hand throughout to talk to guests and ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish.

To enhance the event we recommend providing canapés or a simple cheeseboard to accompany the wines. There is also the option of including a beer tasting station and cocktail-making station.
