Just a quick note to give my sincere thanks for the tasting organised at my home. My group of friends all seemed to enjoy themselves and some perhaps too much!! Particular thanks to Rob for putting up with some of the livelier guests who when a little merry seemed to think they knew more about wine than Rob - wrong on that score! Good organisation at short notice and excellent by Rob on the evening - sincere thanks again and would recommend your company and Rob to all.

Just to say we had a fantastic evening and everybody enjoyed it. Erik managed to get the right balance between theory and entertainment which suited everyone. The wines were great and I can guarantee there were a few sore heads the next day!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and your team for arranging a fantastic and very memorable wine tasting session for our joint hen and stag do! Rob really was brilliant! He somehow managed to keep us all in check and make it a really fun and enjoyable few hours, whilst teaching us along the way. Everyone there commented on how good he was and a few people had done similar things before and said how much better Rob was than those they had encountered previously. He struck the perfect balance between professional and fun and is clearly very knowledgeable about wines - what a fantastic job he has! I will not hesitate to recommend your company and I hope we can find some excuse to use you again in the future. Thanks again and a very special thank you to Rob.

I am just writing to thank you for sending Abbie to put on such an interesting and informative wine tasting evening. Everyone has said how much they enjoyed it and how much they learnt as well. It was a very entertaining and relaxed evening which helped to celebrate Tony's 70th birthday - he certainly enjoyed it and it was something very different which gave a wonderful focus for the evening and provoked some interesting discussions and wild guesses!! It all added to the fun.

Like the last private tasting session I had 2 years ago, once again I (and my mates) really enjoyed the wine tasting session held by Abbie on Saturday night. Abbie was very professional and it was much appreciated that she was flexible to starting the session a little later than planned due to 2 late comers. I thought Abbie gauged the audience and level of tasting experience well and manage to keep the session very entertaining for everyone. The wines were a good selection and I was impressed with how well the food pairing part worked with the wines selected. Thanks again for the no fuss organising and professionalism.

Jane - I just wanted to say a big thankyou again for helping make our weekend away the most memorable one we have ever had. Everyone really enjoyed the wine tasting, learning a lot from you whilst also having such fun. You were really relaxed and got everyone involved, and I'm sure we have converted one or two to drink wine now and the more experienced drinkers already to appreciate it more. The converted were really enjoying the wine, so much so we continued to drink plenty of it during dinner, they were both excellent quality wines, and we all therefore ended up with slightly sore heads in the morning.

A well pitched wine tasting with good information about the wines-light hearted but informative. Everyone I have spoken to really enjoyed it and the recommendation on the cheeses etc was really helpful when we were organising it. Everyone felt that it was a very enjoyable way to spend the evening.
