Jane - I just wanted to say a big thankyou again for helping make our weekend away the most memorable one we have ever had. Everyone really enjoyed the wine tasting, learning a lot from you whilst also having such fun. You were really relaxed and got everyone involved, and I'm sure we have converted one or two to drink wine now and the more experienced drinkers already to appreciate it more. The converted were really enjoying the wine, so much so we continued to drink plenty of it during dinner, they were both excellent quality wines, and we all therefore ended up with slightly sore heads in the morning.

A well pitched wine tasting with good information about the wines-light hearted but informative. Everyone I have spoken to really enjoyed it and the recommendation on the cheeses etc was really helpful when we were organising it. Everyone felt that it was a very enjoyable way to spend the evening.

It was fantastic! Everyone really enjoyed themselves and my God, some of those Italian wines and the French vintage champagne were incredible. I'd definitely do this again and I'll be recommending it to friends.
