ThirtyFifty - Terms & Conditions
Corporate bookings
To confirm a booking ThirtyFifty require a non-refundable deposit of £100 or 25% of the total fee including VAT, whichever is greatest, based on the estimated number of guests at the time of booking.
This deposit is required within 10 working days of a provisional booking being made.
If the number of guests increases or decreases the client shall inform ThirtyFifty of the changes and confirm final numbers no later than 10 working days before the event.
At this time (10 working days before the event) the full, outstanding payment will become due.
Should the number of guests attending the event increase ThirtyFifty will invoice the client for the additional guests after the event.
If the client cancels the tasting ThirtyFifty will charge the following cancellation fee:
If the booking is cancelled more than 10 working days before the date of the wine tasting ThirtyFifty will retain the deposit. This deposit can be used against a future tasting if re-booked within 6 months.
If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the wine tasting, the deposit will be retained and the outstanding balance will be required as a cancellation fee.
Private bookings
To confirm a booking ThirtyFifty require a non-refundable deposit of £100 or 25% of the total fee - whichever is greatest, based on the estimated number of guests at time of booking.
This deposit is required within 10 working days of a provisional booking being made.
The balance is payable on the day of the wine tasting based on final numbers attending with a minimum of 10 people.
If you cancel the tasting ThirtyFifty will charge the following cancellation fee:
If the booking is cancelled more than 10 working days before the date of the tasting ThirtyFifty will retain the deposit. This deposit can be used against a future tasting if re-booked within 6 months.
If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the wine tasting the deposit will be retained and may not be used against future bookings.
Returns & Refund policy for wine purchases
If you believe a wine to be corked or faulty we will replace it or offer a refund. In this event, please keep as much of the full bottle as possible and notify us by telephone, post or email to make arrangements for a replacement or refund. Similarly if any wine is damaged in delivery, we'll replace it or credit your account. If incorrect goods are delivered we will offer a refund or replacement.
You may cancel your wine order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery provided that all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund you within 30 days from the cancellation date.
Wine Courses
To book a place on a wine tasting course, full playment is due at the time of booking.
We do operate a 7 day cooling off period from purchase where you can cancel the booking and receive a full refund.
We do not allow refunds in any other circumstance. However if you contact us to move to another date, we will allow this provided you give us 30 day snotice from the date of the event.
Within 30 days please contact us, we can try and re-sell your ticket we will allow you to move to another date. WSET courses where you have been registrteed with WSET you cannot be moved.
All vouchers for a non specific date can be booked onto any tasting or used as a part payment for a tasting, subject to availability. They are valid for 18 months after the date of issue. You must book and attend your tasting session before the voucher expiry date. Please note voucher expiry dates cannot be extended.
All candidates must be over the age of 18.
Returns & Refund policy for wine purchases

Wine Deliveries
Delivery will be made within 14 working days from ordering. ThirtyFifty delivers only within the United Kingdom. We do not export wine.
Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are either per bottle or per case, as specified. Prices include VAT.
Payment must be made prior to delivery via the following methods:
1) The on-line secure payment facility powered by World Pay, using Switch, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB and Solo. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express.
2) Alternatively you can send a cheque in the post and delivery will be made on clearance of the cheque.
Cash or cheque on delivery can be made by special arrangement, please discuss this with your wine consultant.
Privacy & Security
All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any other party.
All payments are processed via an encrypted, secure system powered by World Pay. As an additional security precaution we do not store any credit card details on our website.
To ensure we deliver your order efficiently we collect the following details from you when you place an order:
