Chris's picks are in teal. We added a lovely fruit driven Chenin Blanc into some of our tastings. The results have been impressive. Backsberg Chenin Blanc from South Africa has shot into the top 10. Another wine that has been rating well at tastings is Fleury Vintage Champagne. The 1996 recently won two trophies at the International Wine Challenge 2007 - Best Young Vintage Champagne and Best Biodynamic Wine.

Corkscrews
Corkscrews come in all shapes and sizes. However the most important thing about a corkscrew is the screw itself. Some corkscrews have a solid centre and all that does is guarantee that you will push a bunch of cork into the wine. The best corkscrews have no centre shaft and are a helix shape. Confused?
