Port in Summer

Try it! Most of us think of Port as a drink to have beside the fire in winter. But a great way to drink a Tawny Port is as a summer drink, cooled down in the fridge. The lower temperture brings the perception of acidity to the fore and the lighter style of aged tawny suits this very well, creating a full bodied yet quite refreshing wine.
