Wine Tips

    Let white wines breathe

Yes, even white wines improve from breathing. Generally if the wine is a big heavy wine, either aged or with a fair amount of oak, the wine will soften and the flavours will integrate a bit. If the wine is quite acidic then letting the wine breathe will soften the acids. This is particularly true if the wine is quite sharp or catches in the back of the throat.
