- Jim Budd on regulation of wine investments and other horror stories
Overview
Jim Budd talks to us about the need for regulation of wine purchased by individuals as an investment. While wine funds are regulated as a collective investment, similar to unit trusts, there is no regulation for wine sold to individuals for investment purposes. Jim gives us examples of fraudulent wine investments and other stories of scams.
