Overview
The International Cool Climate Wine Symposium takes place every 4-5 years last held in 2012 this year being hosted in the UK in Brighton in May over 3 days. The conference brings together people from the industry who are connected with cool climate wine growing with top speakers from around the world. High level seminars, debates and wine tastings. The Association of Wine Educators is an organisation with around 70 - 80 educators about 80 based in the UK. Richard tells us about the membership - members must have WSET Level 4 Diploma and all are assessed individually by an existing member before joining.
