Jancis Robinson is a world-leading wine writer and author of books including The World Atlas of Wine and the Oxford Companion. In this second interview we focus on her writing and what it involves.
The World Atlas of Wine First Edition was published in 1971, written by Hugh Johnson. Hugh asked Jancis to co-write the fifth edition and she is co-author of the sixth edition. Jancis Robinson was invited to write The Oxford Companion which became a 5 year project and was published in 1994. It takes Jancis, along with her assistant Julia Harding, 2 years to update.
The UK Wine Show is sponsored by ThirtyFifty. Our team of wine tasters are busy entertaining and educating UK consumers to help them get the most out of wine.
