While Burgundy and Beaujolais are both technically both part of Burgundy many talk about Burgundy simply as Cot d'or while Beaujolais is a treated as a different region. In this series of Short interviews we find out about the key regions in Burgundy and the different grape varieties and style of wine produced in Beaujolais.
