Chilean wine moves away from Oak

Chilean wine makers are changing the style of wine produced in the country. Traditionally Chilean wines were predominately oaky, but winemakers are now moving away to lighter styles. A lot more wines are now being produced further South closer to the coast, where there are cooler climates for production.
