Does the UK wine scene lack diversity?

A new survey suggests that the UK wine trade may lack diversity with only 14% of those in the trade surveyed claiming a non white ethnicity

The diversity survey, created by Gus Gluck, asked 667 people working in the UK wine trade how they identified. With 86% of respondents identified as white, the survey concluded there was a significant lack of diversity even though the UK population is, according to the 2011 census, 86% white, the exact same number those who work in the wine trade.
