Bush Vine

Bush Vines or Goblet trained vines are not trained on trellising and are free standing often with a short trunk in a short bush fashion. This method is common in the Rhone region of France and in older vines in Australia and the US. Bush vines are harder to maintain because they cannot be mechanically trimmed or harvested, as a result many old vines are removed or re-trained onto trellising
