The Waiter's Friend Company was set up 11 years ago by husband and wife team Paul and Rosemary Fenner. They began trading from their spare bedroom but the company is now based from a warehouse in Guildford and has established itself as market leader in the UK wine accessories market.

The very first product, the Waiter's Friend corkscrew, was discovered by Paul on a buying trip to Italy when he was looking for high quality, professional wine accessories used by sommmeliers. He won the agency to sell the corkscrew in the UK and began to sell this and other accessories such as ice buckets, drop stops, bottle stopper, wine preservers. We hear how the business has grown and the find out about some of the latest innovations and new products.
