- Prosecco with Viviana Bet from Cantine Bortolotti
Overview
Vivian Bet of Cantine Bortolotti talks to us about the history of Prosecco and how Bortolotti helped shape the present day. We hear about the DOCG region of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene and how last year Prosecco (a grape variety) was officially made into a territory. Bortolotti was a pioneering producer and brought together a consortium of producers in 1962 who went on to form the DOC region in 1969.
