- The wines of Litmus with John Worontschak
Overview
John tells us how Ginking came about - it's a combination of English wine and London gin infused with botanics and carbonated (it is not made to the traditional method). Ginking is 8.5% alcohol and available from retailers including Fortnums, John Lewis and M&S as well as being exported to the States.
Litmus also produce an Orange wine, which is a white wine fermented on the skins. It is being distributed through Bibendum.
We also talk about Russian wineries & wine consumption and Mexico.
