Mike Best MW is a product manager at Boutinot, a wine wholesaler, and so he spends his time thinking about the wine styles people like to drink. Mike buys wines from Spain, Portugal, England and Lebanon and so has a wealth of hands-on experience in his current wine buying role in addition to his in-depth knowledge gained through his Master of Wine studies.
We talk about how some wines sell and others don't, whether they be entry level or super premium wine and pose the question everyone wants the answer to - what is the next big thing in wine?
