Aldi pips Waitrose to wine retailer award

Aldi beat previous winners Waitrose and Majestic to win Multiple Wine Retailer of the year at the annual Drinks Retailing Awards Ceremony this week. The Aldi wine team are going from strength to strength winning 121 international awards last year for their wines. Their wines which start at £2.99 have mainly won for their Exquisite Collection which is targeted at middle class drinkers. Congratulations also to The Real Ale Company who won Indie Beer Retailer of The Year. Cheers!
