Sussex vineyard to double production
Bolney estates in West Sussex are set to double production with a £2m investment plan. The funds will enable them to double production to 300,000 bottles by the end of the decade. This will make it one of the ten largest vineyards in England. Bolney's Pinot Gris became the first English wine to be served at Wimbledon in 2015. Bolney are also going international as this week see's them launching in the US. The vineyard is a family run business with Sam Lintner as the master wine maker and managing director.
