Vivino adds ability to buy wine

Vivino the wine app that allows customers to scan a wine label and then view wine ratings and reviews, is now launching an e-commerce site. The Vivino Checkout now has a green button allowing people to buy the wines. The wines are despatched by a retail partner. This is fuelled by Millennials who are turning to the web and their mobiles to purchase and learn more about wine. Currently the site has around 100 partners on the site including 12 in the UK. Roberson Wine and Tanners are 2 of Vivino's UK launch partners.
