Get hands-on experience of Bordeaux harvest

Wine enthusiasts now have the chance to experience a Bordeaux harvest first-hand on a new two-day course. Destination Wine Harvest, introduced by the region’s Ecole du Vin, allows participants to pick the grapes and learn about the winemaking process. It includes following the grapes from the vines to the vat room by working at the sorting table, observing the first fermentation and tasting the wines throughout the different vinification stages.

The course begins with an introductory session in the Ecole du Vin in the heart of Bordeaux before heading out to Sauternes and Medoc to start work.
