IWSC launches new Magazine Club Oenologique

The IWSC (International Wine & Spirit Competition) has launched a quarterly luxury consumer magazine Club Oenologique covering wines, spirits, food, culture, travel, fashion, design and architecture.

The magazine's first issue will be released on 14th Dec and feature a look at the new Macallan distillery in Speyside, as well as recommendations for 36 Prestige Cuvee and vintage Champagnes.

The launch coincides with the IWSC Awards held this week which saw Jancis Robinson MW receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, Waitrose win the top award as UK Supermarket of the Year and wine writer Tom Cannavan pick up the Wine Communicator of the Year. Other notable awards were for Lidl who received this year's Supermarket Innovator of the Year trophy and Ridgeview who won Winemaker of the Year, the first time the award has been won by an English producer.
