Moët Hennessy launches Provence rosé in a flat plastic bottle
Moët Hennessy launches Provence rosé in a flat plastic bottle.
The bottle is made from plastic recovered from coastal areas, helping to reduce plastic waste, as well as a lower carbon footprint associated with heavy single-use glass.
The super premium rosé is from Château Galoupet in Provence is called Galoupet Nomade. The wine will retail for £45 helping remove the stigma that plastic bottles are for cheap wines. The bottle is flat, rather than round. The flat bottle shape will allow for higher density packing helping to reduce transportation costs.
