Bottle Shock opens

The wine movie Bottle Shock opens in cinemas in the UK on 20th March 2009 starring Alan Rickman as Steven Spurrier who found fame as the man responsible for the rather more famous 'Judgement in Paris' tasting. The tasting pitched the highly regarded wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy against their Californian counterparts and was instrumental in bringing New World wines to the attention of the world. A must-see movie for wine lovers.
