Veuve Clicquot Launch a new Pink wine
Champagne house Veuve Clicquot will be in the pink this week with the launch of its first-ever non-vintage rosé. It comes at a time when the popularity for pink fizz is very much on the up – in fact, here in the UK, we can’t seem to get enough of it. Sales of the stuff have stormed ahead by more than 20 per cent year on year since the Millennium, in spite of it being more expensive than the white sparklers. Veuve Clicquot’s new rosé will equally come with a higher price tag – you’ll have to pay about 25 per cent more for it than the non-vintage white Champagne.
