- How to taste wine the WSET SAT way with Godfrey Spence - The Nose
Overview
Godfrey talks us through some of the flavour descriptors we might find on the nose of a wine using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine at Level 2, including the typical flavours of mature wines and the aromas grouped under Animal, Mineral and Dairy (aromas mostly found in white wines that have been through the process of malolactic fermentation).
