- Monty Waldin profile of the winemaker and journalist
Overview
In this first interview Monty Waldin tells us how he first became interested in wine, spending his time in France and Germany learning how to make wine in a hands-on capacity from 1989 onwards. All his knowledge has come from experience rather than formal studies. He later discovered biodynamic winemaking and began writing about it, which lead to the TV show Chateau Monty. Nowadays Monty is based in Tuscany making wine and writing.
