Overview

Christophe talks to us about Paradoxe, an innovative white Malbec which is fresh, floral and mineral in style. Chateau Laur began making wine in 1881 and is now in the hands of the 6th generation. We talk about the process of separating the skin from the grape quickly during the harvest, by crushing the grape immediately in the vineyard on the harvesting machine. It took them 6 years to develop and this is the second vintage of the wine. They are also developing a sparkling white Malbec.
