- Patagonia with Federico Boxaca of Familia Schroeder
Overview
Federico Boxaca of Familia Schroeder talks to us about the relatively new wine region of Patagonia in Southern Argentina. The region is 800km south of Mendoza and, being cooler, the vineyards are at lower altitudes than in the north. Patagonia is located at 39 degrees latitude south and enjoys a regular climate with little frost. The popular grapes are Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.
