Loire optimistic for 2014 vintage

Loire Valley wine producers are breathing a sigh of relief as the 2014 harvest gets underway despite a cool August, with a warm September helping maturation. Loire Valley producers have suffered at the hands of frost in the last 2 years, some losing 50% of their production. So a welcome ray of sunshine is boosting their confidence in a good 2014 harvest.
