Chambong latest drinking fad?
We were intrigued here at ThirtyFifty towers this week when the new device for drinking champagne landed on our desks. The Chambong is a cross between a champagne flute and, well, a pipe! The glassware was developed in America by a group of people who shall we say seem to enjoy a party lifestyle. The new glassware enables in their words the rapid consumption of sparkling wine. We are yet to try it out here. We're not convinced this will become a mass produced champagne vessel - it has novelty value but doesn't help promote responsible drinking. But if you're a student who can afford champagne we're sure it'll float your bong...sorry, boat.
